(parenthesis)

Parenthesis (referring to interruption in a sentence's syntactic construction without otherwise affecting it) is an apt title for a new project launched by PAPER. With PAPER's current programme on hold or shifted online, and the gallery closed for the foreseeable future, Parenthesis aims to secure PAPER's immediate future post-Lockdown. The intention of the scheme is to both support artist with revenue gained from sales of work, whilst also maintaining their outlet for future exhibitions and opportunities. The scheme aims to present work by those artists represented and supported by the gallery, with a selling price of £200 or under.
